We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Club Manager to lead the launch and ongoing success of our location, serving as the driving force behind daily operations, team leadership, and member experience. As Club Manager, you will shape the culture, set performance standards, and bring our mission to life—fostering sportsmanship, discipline, and fair play while building a welcoming, high-performing environment where members and staff thrive.

- Oversee daily club operations to ensure seamless, efficient, and consistent service.
- Manage scheduling, facility upkeep, and operational procedures.
- Maintain exceptional standards of safety, cleanliness, and overall member experience.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive enrollment, revenue, and membership retention.
- Lead outreach efforts and community partnerships to elevate brand visibility in Greater Boston.
- Track sales performance, set goals, and motivate the team toward achieving monthly targets.
- Foster an environment where members feel valued, understood, and supported.
- Address member questions, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Ensure delivery of high‑quality programs, events, and services aligned with Court 16 standards.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high‑performing operations team.
- Set clear expectations, conduct evaluations, and reinforce accountability.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture.
- Oversee planning and execution of tennis and pickleball programs, events, and tournaments.
- Partner with coaches and department heads to ensure programming excellence and consistency.
- Manage budgets, monitor key performance indicators, and track financial health.
- Collaborate with leadership on reporting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Use platforms like Mindbody, Hub Spot, and Google Suite to support operational accuracy.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, fitness, sports management, or operations.
- Proven track record of driving sales, growing membership, or achieving operational KPIs.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills—interpersonal, written, and verbal.
- Experience in CRM, scheduling, or facility management software (Mindbody a plus).
- Flexible schedule including some evenings and at least one weekend day.
- Compensation:
Starting at $90,000/year plus monthly bonus opportunities based on club performance. - Schedule:
Full‑time with flexible shifts (day, evening, weekend availability).
