Overview
The Halks Firm is seeking an associate attorney with a minimum of 3 years handling contested family law cases. Ideal candidates will demonstrate superior writing skills, effective interpersonal abilities, and proven experience appearing in Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts. We are looking for someone motivated to build and maintain a robust trial practice, ready to manage a diverse docket with hands-on involvement alongside clients, courts, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.

- Manage a diverse docket with hands-on involvement alongside clients, courts, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.
- Aim to build and maintain a robust trial practice and appear in Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts as needed.
- Collaborate with the firm’s team and leverage administrative support to develop a strong practice in family law matters.
- At least 3 years of experience in family litigation
- Experience in intricate high net worth family law matters, including discovery and depositions
- Strong financial and analytical skills, particularly in asset division
- Excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated excellence in legal research and writing
- Candidates must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts

Starting at $147,000 to 163,000 per year
