• Pay rate: $25/hr

• Handle incoming technical support requests via
  phone and web channels
  .
• Provide
  product information and troubleshooting support
  for hardware and software solutions.
• Diagnose issues and resolve customer inquiries using available documentation and training.
• Log and track support requests
  in the company call tracking system in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve a significant portion of support requests independently using technical knowledge and creative problem-solving.
• Escalate complex issues
  to senior field support engineers when necessary.
• Participate in training programs to improve technical knowledge and performance.
• Support special projects that enhance technical capabilities and operational efficiency.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong
  communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to service quality
• Ability to manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment

• Associate’s degree in
  Computer Science, Hardware/Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience in technical support or customer product support
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and basic computer networking
• Exposure toHVAC systems or building technologies
  is a plus
