• Develop, maintain, and enhance Word Press and Hub Spot sites, including custom themes and plugins
• Design and build new reusable templates and interactive modules for efficient site scaling
• Audit and improve existing sites by implementing fixes and tracking integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute site migrations and consolidations
• Ensure templates and components meet standards for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience maintaining and building marketing websites
• OR 2+ years of experience in a professional environment maintaining and building marketing websites
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3/Sass, and Java Script
• Strong Word Press skills, including themes, plugins, and basic PHP troubleshooting
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely

• Experience with Hub Spot CMS development and custom modules
• Familiarity with complex multi-site website portfolios
• Knowledge of CRO/A/B testing and marketing optimization tools
• Exposure to modern stacks or headless CMS and CI/CD for CMS hosts
• Experience with design systems/component libraries and Figma workflows
