Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled professional, local to Massachusetts, to support a major voice system upgrade initiative within the organization. Our team values strong communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless support across all levels of the company.
Responsibilities- Provide critical support by operating a telephone switchboard for customer inquiries and requests.
- Assist with the transition to a newly deployed Teams-based voice system, including routine troubleshooting and user support.
- Maintain clear communication and collaborate effectively with team members and leadership throughout the organization.
- Handle equipment issues, which may occasionally require on-site presence at the Marlborough, MA office.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years of relevant experience with switchboard operations or similar roles.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Teams.
- Demonstrated organizational and communication abilities in a professional environment.
- Prior exposure to Teams Calling is preferred; training will be provided as needed.
