Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Auburndale, MA, for a Director of Channels/Partner Program. The Director will develop and execute strategic initiatives to grow, manage, and optimize Becklar's channel and partner program. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding partners, cultivating relationships, implementing performance metrics, and driving revenue growth through partner networks. The role requires collaborative engagement with internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables while focusing on expanding market penetration and enhancing partner satisfaction.
Qualifications- Experience in developing, managing, and scaling channel and partner programs, including partner onboarding and relationship management
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and sales management skills
- Proficiency in performance measurement, data-driven decision-making, and reporting on partner program metrics
- Effective leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to align with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in technology, IoT, or enterprise services is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth through successful channel strategies
