SummaryResponsible for performing routine exercises or follow-up of functional activities (direct patient care) under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist or therapy assistant.

- Transfers and transports patients in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintains equipment and working area in clean, orderly condition.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. College Degree in Health‑Related Science Preferred.

Experience: Experience working as a Rehab Aide Preferred.
