Client Service Specialist – Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC

Key Responsibilities- Reception support: answer phones, greet clients and address client service requests.
- General administrative duties: log correspondence, manage deposits, maintain client files, supply management, process expense reports, initiate maintenance requests, schedule wholesalers and support branch seminar events.
- Practice support: deliver the Ameriprise Client Experience, introduce clients to the digital experience, schedule appointments and enter client data into various applications.
- Assist advisor(s) in preparation or follow‑up to client meetings and support the practice’s marketing programs (events, go‑social, MOD, etc.).
- Associate (2‑year) degree or equivalent.
- 1‑3 years relevant experience.
- Maintain confidentiality, demonstrate integrity, and operate under limited/minimal direction.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to function in a fast‑paced environment, balance multiple priorities, and maintain operational quality.
- Understanding of a financial advisor’s practice.

CompensationEstimated hourly rate: $25.14 – $34.51 / hour. In addition, most roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions and/or long‑term incentives.
