- Plan and conduct environmental compliance and management system audits across U.S. operations
- Assess air, water, waste, chemical management, and related regulatory programs
- Prepare clear and objective audit reports for distribution to business partners and leadership
- Collaborate with auditors and environmental subject matter experts to enhance audit protocols
- Evaluate documentation and perform on-site verification to assess compliance and risk
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- Five (5) years of environmental compliance, auditing, or permitting experience in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of EPA and state environmental regulatory programs
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex regulatory information and form well-supported audit conclusions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Share Point
- 7+ years of environmental experience
- Prior auditing experience (internal, external, or third-party)
- ISO 14001 Lead Auditor or other environmental auditing certifications
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional or global teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report development
