What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide expert customer support, including advanced troubleshooting and escalation handling
  • Analyze system and workflow metrics to deliver recommendations for operational improvements
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance customer experiences and service quality
  • Train and guide junior team members in customer support best practices
  • Manage daily operations and lead process improvement initiatives for the Customer Relationships team
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service support function
  • Strong analytical, communication, and technical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and reporting tools

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in coaching others and supporting continuous learning
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to change
