• Coordinate client accounts and ensure healthcare services are delivered seamlessly.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providers, and partners.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve challenges, and proactively find solutions.
• Document client interactions and updates accurately.
• Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth transitions to care providers.
• Collaborate with the team on process improvements and quality initiatives.

• 2–3 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer support, must include healthcare experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to build strong client relationships.
• BA/BS preferred, but not required.
