The candidate will be detail-oriented, able to analyze documents with a critical eye, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and flexibly assume new responsibilities as they arise.
Job ResponsibilitiesOur Intake Associate participates as a member of the Intake team and provides top level and detailed administrative support. They track the Virtual Document Bin, scan the folder drive, and process paperwork appropriately. The role also includes tracking, reviewing, and processing all admission paperwork, including follow-up with clinicians for all missing items, among other tasks.
Schedule And Weekly HoursMonday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (40 hours)
Education, Skills And Experience- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong organizational abilities and a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Self‑motivated and detail-oriented
- Enthusiastic about supporting and working as part of a team
- Proficient with Google Suite products

$41,000 - $43,750:
This number reflects an average starting range for this position. Individual pay is determined through a variety of factors, including experience, education, certifications, and skills and can exceed the starting range.
