Gain real experience, not just busy work? As a Conrade Summer Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced insurance professionals, learn how the sales process works, the assistance needed in support and understand the need for excellent customer service. You’ll build communication skills, professional confidence, and a better understanding of the insurance industry—skills that transfer to business, marketing, finance, and sales careers.

Mon‑Fri Schedule

• Work with various teams providing back office support
• Learn the basics of insurance products and services
• Shadowing to observe client conversations and the sales process
• Help prepare information for client proposals and presentations
• Attend team meetings and share ideas
• Assist with general administrative tasks and projects as needed

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
• Interest in insurance, sales, business, marketing, communications, or finance
• Strong people skills and clear communication
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills (email, documents, spreadsheets)
