The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential to be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. You must be able to fulfill the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and be able to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store-specific measurements and cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value.
• Ensure customers have a shopping experience that stands out from the competition.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Mostly indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor lots and store floors are hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle often for extended periods.
• Maintain a safe and productive environment per safety guidelines.

• Travel as needed.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 lbs with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Frequently stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training.
• Operate equipment like forklifts if age-appropriate.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Drive a vehicle.
• Stand, walk, reach overhead, and transfer merchandise throughout the shift.
