Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

You'll provide top-notch patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, educate patients, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. -12-hour shifts (days or nights),

LVN openings on Med Surg, Interventional Radiology, and Behavioral Health

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in Med Surg, Interventional Radiology, or Behavioral Health settings
• Administer medications and treatments prescribed by physicians
• Collect and document patient data and medical history accurately and timely
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and other clinical information
• Educate patients on health management and treatment options
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Maintain medical equipment and supplies in a clean and orderly manner
• Adhere to established infection control and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Participate in continuing education to maintain and improve nursing skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

• Current LVN license
• Previous nursing experience in Med Surg, Interventional Radiology, or Behavioral Health settings preferred
• Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with patients and their families
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
