We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse for our Senior Behavioral Health Unit.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients, including comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing care, incorporating teaching, counseling, and direct physical care.
- Evaluate patient responses and progress toward outcomes to adjust care plans accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Offer reassurance and support to families, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
- Contribute to a compassionate care environment through your dedication, expertise, and attention to detail.
- Position available:
Full time Night Shift 7pm-7am
Education and experience:
- ADN/BSN degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school of nursing or diploma in nursing required
Licensure, registration and certification:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Kansas
- Certification in CPR/Basic Life Support
- Certification in Advance Cardiac Life Support recommended
