Overview
As a Warehouse Operator, you will perform all tasks associated with loading trailers so finished products can be delivered on time to our customers per written procedures, policy, and regulations. The role requires working in a busy environment with constantly moving product and machinery, while adhering to safety and food safety policies.
Shifts- Rotating
Shifts:
4 Weeks 8 AM – 8 PM, 4 Weeks 8 PM – 8 AM - Altering shifts when needed
- Working overtime and weekends as needed
- Shift differential pay
- Follow outlined duties as assigned in the daily inbound/outbound schedule.
- Maintain first in – first out (FIFO) principles in storage and retrieval.
- Coordinate with other lift truck drivers and production personnel.
- Prioritize multiple tasks to maximize efficiency.
- Perform sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Accomplish other related work as required.
- Comply with all safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Report all accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
- Maintain required logs.
- Process consistently and accurately verbal and/or written instructions.
- High School diploma or equivalent, or up to three months related experience, or equivalent combination.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, especially food production.
- Preference for use of a slip‑sheeter.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedures, and manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Effective communication in English.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Safe use of handheld knives.
- Experience with loading and off‑loading of trucks, receiving ingredients, and driving production and packaging trucks.
- At least one year of manufacturing or plant operations experience.
- Experience driving a forklift.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work in production environment and wear respiratory protection.
- Work in hot and cold conditions.
- Ascend and descend stairs.
- Climb step and extension ladders, including on top of rail cars.
- Wear required PPE.
- Work in dusty, noisy, and moving mechanical parts environments; occasional exposure to fumes.

Base pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.62 per hour with additional earning potential. Bonus potential: 5% of annual OIP.
