Material Handler/Inventory Clerk (Full Time – Non-Exempt)

Manually move freight, stock, luggage, or other materials, and perform other general labor. Includes all manual laborers not elsewhere classified.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, by hand or using hand trucks, forklift, or other equipment.
  • Read picklist or receive oral instructions to gather materials or parts and deliver to the production lines.
  • Ensure all parts are correctly labeled and identified with the proper information.
  • Ensuring all parts are in designated areas according to company guidelines.
  • Stack materials in appropriate locations, such as inventory shelving, outdoor staging areas, and production lines.
  • Assist in safely loading finished goods trailers.
  • Accurately count inventory being delivered and as needed for cycle counting.
  • Production support in assembly of kits, toolboxes and utility trailers as needed.
  • Maintain a well-organized and clean warehouse.
  • Assist in other areas of production
  • Other duties as assigned including filing, organizing, and printing/delivering job orders and paperwork throughout the facility.
    • QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Forklift experience is required.

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Ability to read and understand job orders and packing slips. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. by hand. Strong attention to detail. Basic math skills required. Self-motivated. Excellent work ethic and ability to work within a fast-paced team environment.
