TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 6‑week, 34‑hour (12‑hour shifts) Long‑Term Care position in Newton, Iowa.

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs in daily care activities.
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social workers.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in care plan meetings and family conferences.
• Document nursing care and resident progress accurately and timely.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.

• At least one year of experience as an RN in a Long‑Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Current BLS certification.
• Eligibility for state licensure in Iowa.
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, CCNA) may be required before assignment.
