Peikko UK is entering an exciting new phase of growth.

Following our move to a brand-new facility in Newton Aycliffe
, we are expanding our manufacturing capabilities and building a local team to support our continued growth across the UK and Ireland.

We are currently looking for a Qualified Welder / Fabricator to join our production team:

This role is ideal for an experienced welder or fabricator who takes pride in quality and wants to help set standards in a new factory environment.

You will be working on Peikko’s high-quality precast component parts, specifically our HELKA ® connection solutions
, contributing directly to safer, faster and more sustainable construction.

What you’ll do

  • Manufacture high-quality steel components to drawing and specification
  • Take ownership of workmanship, quality and safety
  • Work closely with colleagues to establish best practices in the new facility
  • Contribute ideas and practical improvements as the operation develops

What we’re looking for

  • Solid welding and fabrication experience
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings
  • A hands‑on, responsible approach to quality and safety
  • A team mindset and willingness to help shape how we work
