We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to join our reputable and established provider in Newton Aycliffe. This permanent position offers a fantastic career opportunity for a Nursing Home Manager with an active nursing PIN. The ideal candidate will have a strong local reputation and have contributed to achieving excellent reviews and a good CQC inspection.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care standards.
• Maintain the home’s excellent local reputation by fostering a caring and supportive environment.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Manage and lead a team of dedicated care professionals.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in care services.

• Active nursing PIN is required.
• Proven experience in a similar managerial role within a nursing home.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to delivering high standards of care and continuous improvement.
