Location: Office-based - Newton Aycliffe, Co. Durham

Salary: £28 - 35k + uncapped commission + clear career progression

• Developing long-term relationships with clients across various industries
• Sourcing and qualifying great candidates to match with top opportunities
• Managing the full recruitment process from start to finish

• Proven experience in recruitment (any sector) - preferably perm
• A confident communicator who's comfortable on the phone and face-to-face
• Someone who enjoys building relationships and closing deals
• A proactive, ambitious mindset — and a good sense of humour doesn't hurt

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £50k+)
