Contracts Manager

Imperial Recruitment is working in partnership with a well‑established and growing specialist contractor to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager.

Our client is a successful rendering and retrofit contractor, delivering projects across External and Internal Wall Insulation, acrylic render systems, renewable technologies and decarbonisation works.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their management team with an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across the North East.

As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

• Managing and coordinating multiple live sites
• Regular site visits and client liaison
• Overseeing site managers and subcontractors
• Programme planning and progress reporting
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Cost control and commercial awareness
• Maintaining strong client and internal relationships

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within construction
• A strong construction background (essential)
• Dry lining / finishing experience (highly desirable)
• Experience in rendering, insulation or retrofit works (advantageous)
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites
• Full UK driving licence

• Salary between £50,000 and £60,000 depending on experience
