Salary and Benefits

• 38‑40k basic depending on experience
• Travel pay
• No call‑out rota – better work/life balance

A brilliant opportunity to work for a family‑run air‑conditioning contractor in South Devon. The company is well known locally for its services and is well established, fully funded, safe, sturdy and secure – an all‑round great employer who looks after its engineers. There is no call‑out rota, ensuring a better work/life balance.

• Providing service, maintenance and a little bit of installation on commercial air‑conditioning
• Working on all commercial air‑conditioning equipment – splits, VRV, VRF, multi‑splits, as well as ventilation and heat pumps (if experienced)
• Working with offices, hospitals, schools, council buildings and shops
• Covering South Devon up to Taunton and parts of south Cornwall

• Living within 20‑25 miles of the Torquay area
• Service, maintenance and installation experience working on air‑conditioning
• F Gas certification
• Having IPAF, CSCS, PASMA or a C&G/NVQ in air‑conditioning is very beneficial, but experience is more important
• Experience with heat‑recovery systems is beneficial but not essential
