Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established dealership for a Sales Executive to join their successful sales team in the Torbay area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and motivated individual looking to build a successful career within the motor trade.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey, delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

• Meeting and greeting customers in the showroom and understanding their needs
• Demonstrating vehicles and organising test drives
• Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to vehicle handover
• Building strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Promoting finance, insurance products, and additional extras
• Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-ups

• Previous experience in a Sales Executive role (motor trade experience preferred but not always essential)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Full UK driving licence
