The Outpatients Department is responsible for providing support for various clinics that attend the Department. The Outpatients Department is made up of 1 Band 7 Senior Sister, 1 Band 5 Registered Nurse and 3 full time Band 3 Senior HCAs (including this role). The team work flexibly, with a varied shift pattern in order to provide support to the clinics to provide diagnostic tests, including blood sampling, simple procedures and consultations, along with the relevant paperwork.
In your role, you will be supported with your development needs both from in house training and also from external courses whilst having regular supervision and appraisal to ensure you are helped to reach your maximum potential and development. You would be joining the Trust at a very exciting time as we roll out our new Patient Record System, EPIC.
Our people are caring, committed, inclusive and focused on quality.
