Salary: £30,000 - £40,000

Job Role

We are looking for a highly creative and organised Social Media & Content Executive to lead the development and delivery of engaging social content across our brand portfolio. You will play an important role in building our brands on social media by developing content ideas, spotting trends, coordinating content production and ensuring our accounts remain active, engaging and relevant. A key part of the role will be developing strong creative concepts and hooks for social content that can be used in both organic and paid social advertising, ensuring campaigns are built around engaging, high‑performing creative whilst maintaining a consistent posting schedule across our social channels.

What

Youll Be Doing
  • Social Media Strategy:
    Work with our Brand Managers to develop and implement social media strategies aligned with wider brand and marketing objectives. Identify target audiences and tailor content to maximise reach, engagement and brand awareness.
  • Content Creation & Planning:
    Plan and produce engaging, on‑brand content across multiple platforms. Work closely with in‑house Brand, Design, Photography and Videography teams to create high‑quality visual and video content.
  • Content Calendar Management:
    Develop and manage a structured social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent and well‑organised posting schedule across multiple brand accounts.
  • Creative Concepts Organic & Paid:
    Develop content ideas, hooks and formats that can be used both organically and in paid social campaigns. Work with the PPC team to identify and scale high‑performing creative. Drive engagement whether that be short‑form video or effective static images.
  • Campaign & Product Content:
    Translate product launches, seasonal campaigns and brand activity into engaging, platform‑native social content that performs well organically and within paid campaigns.
  • Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
    Stay up to date with social media trends, formats and platform updates, identifying opportunities to incorporate relevant trends and new content styles.
  • Community Engagement:
    Manage and engage with our online community by planning community specific campaigns, responding to comments, messages and reviews in a timely and professional manner, helping build a positive brand voice.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with Brand Marketers and the wider digital marketing team to ensure social content aligns with campaigns and marketing activity, and coordinate with creative teams to maintain a strong pipeline of content.
  • Reporting & Performance Insights:
    Monitor and analyse key social metrics including reach, engagement and audience growth, providing insights to guide future content planning and optimisation.
  • General:
    Ensure adherence to Health & Safety guidelines and undertake any other duties required for the successful delivery of the role.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven ability to manage social media platforms and create engaging content for brands.
  • Education in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of short‑form social video.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage social media content calendars.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas and formats.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of social media analytics and platform insights.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple brands and priorities.
