Service Manager (Agricultural) £45,000 - £55,000  Company Car  Bonus  Training Holsworthy Are you a Service Manager with a background in agriculture or similar looking for an autonomous role with a chance to manage your own team of 7 engineers and provide excellent customer service? In this role, you will take full responsibility for the performance of a busy service department, acting as the primary point of contact for customers and clients.

You'll coordinate and support your team, oversee all service operations, and ensure the highest standards of customer care are consistently delivered. This role would suit a Service Engineer from an agricultural, plant machinery, or similar background who is ready to take the next step into a Service Manager position, as well as an established Service Manager seeking a new challenge.

The Role:

Lead, manage and develop a team of 7 Service Engineers, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within a busy agricultural service department. Act as the main point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships. Oversee workshop performance, workload planning and overall department productivity to drive high standards and profitability. Play a key role in a well-established, family-run dealership, with autonomy, training opportunities and clear scope for long-term career progression.
