Building Surveyor - Newly Chartered - Associate Director

A leading Real Estate Consultancy is looking to expand their London Building Surveying team. This is a great opportunity for a MRICS qualified Building Surveyor, from newly qualified up to Associate Director level, to join a firm at an exciting stage of growth in 2026.

The Role You will work across a diverse portfolio of Industrial Units, Commercial Office Spaces and Retail units. Your responsibilities will include:
Dilapidations assessments and negotiations Tenants or Landlords Due Diligence Project Management of refurbishment, fit-outs and other commercial property projects

What Were Looking For MRICS qualified, ideally Newly Qualified to 5 Years PQE more senior candidates may be considered Experience in commercially focused Building Surveying is desirable, or newly chartered candidates keen to focus on this area Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness and excellent communication skills Why Join?
