An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor (1-5 PQE) or CILEX to join a growing, highly regarded property team based in Newton Abbott. In this role, you will handle a broad range of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Mortgages and remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Equity release
• Help to buy schemes
• Lease extensions
• Residential lettings (for landlords, tenants, and new build/plot sales)

You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, ensuring a high level of client care and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have:

• 1-5 years PQE in residential property law or CILEX qualification
