Are you an experienced leisure or spa professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences? At Haulfryn, we're looking for a Deputy Spa & Leisure Manager to support our thriving Finlake Holiday Park, helping oversee the day-to-day operations of our leisure and spa facilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your operational expertise and guest service focus, supporting both the leisure and spa teams to deliver high standards across fitness areas, pools, and relaxing treatment spaces.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Spa & Leisure Manager with the smooth commercial and operational running of the leisure complex, pools, gym, spa treatment rooms, and relaxation areas.
  • Lead and motivate the team, including leisure and spa team leaders, fitness instructors, lifeguards, therapists, and receptionists to deliver great customer service.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure our facilities are clean, safe, and running smoothly at all times.
  • Support with staff training, development, and performance, building a positive team culture.
  • Assist with financial tasks such as budget planning, revenue monitoring, and implementing strategies to meet commercial targets.
  • Ensure health, safety, and compliance checks are completed daily, weekly, and monthly to the highest standards.
  • Respond to customer queries and feedback, making sure we deliver excellent guest experiences throughout their visit.
  • Work with the team to promote spa treatments, wellness experiences, and leisure activities, supporting revenue growth.
Qualifications
  • Experienced in leisure, spa, or hospitality management, ideally in a leadership role
  • Confident leading a team, providing clear direction, motivation, and support
  • Organised and able to juggle the operational needs of both leisure and spa facilities
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of revenue and cost controls
  • Strong on health, safety, and compliance standards within a leisure environment
  • Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
  • A valid RLSS NLPQ UK Qualification in Pool Lifeguarding is (preferred)
  • Pool Plant Operators Certificate (preferred)
