Teaching Personnel is currently seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of our partner schools in Newton Abbot and the wider Teignbridge area. Teaching Personnel have agreements in place across the area to support schools and trusts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers looking for flexible work that fits around existing commitments, whether you’re seeking occasional day‑to‑day supply or more regular, long‑term placements.

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
• Offered a range of opportunities to support schools within the area
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom environments
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning atmosphere

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Confidence teaching across primary age ranges (EYFS, KS1, KS2)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A flexible, proactive, and reliable approach to work
• Passion for supporting pupils’ learning and development

• Competitive daily rates of £120–£150 (dependent on experience and role)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
