Customer Service Assistant (Job ) – Fixed Term Contract until December 2026. Salary: £11,647.46 (£23,614.02 FTE).
Hours:
18.25 hours per week (working pattern below).
Location:
Kingsteignton Library. Closing date: 9am, Friday 27 February 2026. Interview date:
Wednesday 4 March 2026 at Newton Abbot Library (Passmore Edwards Centre).
An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join a forward-thinking organisation where you will deliver an excellent frontline service to customers, devising and running fundraising events, activities and community support. We would welcome a new team member who is creative, imaginative, organised and customer focused.
Working Pattern- Week 1 (20 hrs)
- Monday: 1:45pm – 5:15pm (3.5)
- Wednesday: 9:45am – 5:15pm (6.5)
- Friday: 9:45am – 5:15pm (6.5)
- Saturday: 9:45am – 1:15pm (3.5)
- Week 2 (16.5 hrs)
- Monday: 1:45pm – 5:15pm (3.5)
- Wednesday: 9:45am – 5:15pm (6.5)
- Friday: 9:45am – 5:15pm (6.5)
Total Weekly Average: 18.25 hours
