Product Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Product Specialist who will have the primary role of expanding sales of our marine accessories product group. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this newly created role offers a unique opening to own the full product lifecycle and generate additional revenue streams for the company. It is an outstanding opportunity for someone with drive and determination to build something impactful.

The job includes helping to develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the products, so a rounded approach is essential. You will need to oversee and “hands‑on” manage all aspects from planning to sales and through to Customer Experience.

Typically, this includes…...

• Responsibility for all Sales and Marketing.
• Conducting market and competitor research.
• Assisting in creating technical documentation.
• Preparation of budgets and required resources to support the range.
• Direct responsibility for procurement of any out‑sourced parts.
• Ensuring inventory levels are maintained at appropriate levels to support demand.

There is no requirement for a specific qualification, but we would expect the person to have Sales // Marketing experience and a good understanding of Mechanical Engineering. An outgoing personality and effective communication ability are crucial as is a disciplined and well‑organized administration skill set. An interest or passion for the Marine Industry is not vital but would be advantageous.
