Description
As the Facilities & Space Planning Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the site remains safe, efficient, and well‑organised while helping shape the layout and utilisation of workspace. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing day‑to‑day facilities operations and coordinating maintenance activities
Supporting space planning projects, including office layouts, moves, and workspace design
Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
Overseeing health & safety checks, statutory compliance tasks, and documentation
Monitoring building systems and coordinating repairs or upgrades when required
Managing facilities‑related records, logs, and asset tracking
Contributing to continuous improvement across workplace processes and space utilisation
Profile
We're looking for someone who brings:
Experience with in facilities coordination, workplace support, or office services
Strong organisational and planning skills
A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate issues
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
Good working knowledge of health & safety considerations
Confidence using MS Office; CAD/space planning tools are a bonus but not essential
A practical, hands‑on approach and willingness to support occasional out‑of‑hours needs
Job Offer
Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £35,000 per annum.
