A successful firm of chartered accountants based in Newton Abbot is searching for a Client Manager to lead a portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, and to manage service delivery. The role also involves developing and supporting the wider team, delivering specialist project work and working closely with Partners as key support.

During your time with this leading regional firm you will progress within a team‑focused culture and be offered a clear path to potential partner or director level.

• Manage delivery of a wide range of accounting, tax, audit and other general accountancy services to a diverse client portfolio.
• Provide client management and support, including liaising with clients and managing a small junior team.
• Develop and support junior staff and build strong working relationships with Partners.
• Contribute to speciality project work and support broader organisational goals.

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CTA or equivalent with a career background in accountancy practice.
• Experience across accountancy, tax, audit or client service delivery at a senior level.
• Strong client relationships, leadership and the ambition to progress toward partner or director roles.

Salary range: £45,000 – £58,000, dependent on experience and background, plus benefits.
