Logistics Manager

We’re growing our team and are recruiting a Logistics Manager.

• Own the day-to-day execution of logistics across both inbound and outbound flows, ensuring products move smoothly from supplier to warehouse and onward to customers, on time and in full.
• Track orders and shipments closely, following up on ETAs, documentation, and key milestones to avoid delays or surprises.
• Identify and resolve logistics issues before they impact stock availability, warehouse operations, or customer deliveries.

• Manage inbound freight from our international suppliers, working closely with freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Coordinate sea, road, and courier shipments, optimising routes, transit times, and freight costs.
• Monitor freight spend and logistics costs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency without compromising service.

• Establish, monitor, and manage SLAs with courier and logistics partners, holding them accountable to agreed service levels and performance standards.
• Proactively manage and resolve service issues with couriers, including missed SLAs, delays, or performance concerns, ensuring issues are addressed and don’t repeat.
• Own the logistics element of returns, working with warehouses and couriers to ensure returns are processed efficiently, accurately, and with minimal friction.

• 2+ years experience in logistics or supply chain execution
• Hands-on experience managing international inbound freight and imports, ideally from Europe and Asia.
• Clear, confident communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• A process-driven and improvement mindset.
• Comfortable working with order management systems, WMS tools, and data-led reporting.
