Senior​/Supervising Social Worker

We are looking for a Supervising Social Worker/Senior Supervisisng Socail Worker for this well thought of organisation covering a caseload over Somerset/Devon . You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship) About the team This small organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of Children and their families and work with a therapeutic approach.

About you The successful candidate will have experience within Children's Social Work post qualification whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation. You will ideally have an understanding of working therapeutically and be someone that is engaging and looking to help grow and develop this service. What's on offer? Salary £38,000 - £46,000 dependent on experience 28 days of annual leave Mileage covered Hybrid working - 2 days a week homeworking Training & development opportunities No OOH rota for now Hours :
