NI part of Cpl jobs,are delighted to be recruiting for our client in the Newry area for a Manufacturing Supervisor

The Manufacturing Supervisors are responsible for managing a team of people in all aspects of manufacturing in order to produce products complying with all aspects of Quality and Environmental Health and Safety systems. This role will improve the performance of the Production department providing supervision and support.

Key features will include managing the company health and safety policy, personnel management, learning and development as well as the day to day management of production and staff.

• 4 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to prioritise and meet targets.
• Experience in training & developing team members
• Experience in following disciplinary processes
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Flexibility to meet the needs of the business
• Proficient in all Microsoft packages

Salary up to £38,000pa - £45,000 + benefits .
