A global, highly regulated manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join its production leadership team at a large, modern facility in Northern Ireland. This is a key frontline leadership role, responsible for supervising production teams, maintaining GMP standards, and driving safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing operations within a regulated environment.

This role operates on a continental shift pattern with excellent built‑in rest periods and a structured work‑life balance.

• Alternating 4‑day and 3‑day working weeksCruises
• Combination of day and night shifts
• Regular, planned rest days built into the rota
• Predictable long‑term schedule

• Supervise, coach, and develop production operatives
• Ensure full compliance with GMP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee daily manufacturing activities to meet production targets
• Review production documentation and quality records
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support SOP updates
• Manage deviations anfangen investigations, and CAPA actions
• Plan resources, staffing, and equipment to meet operational demand
• Work closely with quality, engineering, and support functions

• 5+ years' experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Previous supervisory or team‑lead experience

• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making ability
