• Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance during night shift operations
• Uphold and promote a strong health & safety culture
• Ensure compliance with statutory and internal safety standards
• Manage engineering spares and consumables effectively
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain consistent quality and customer standards

• Ideally 3 years' experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments
• Apprenticeship trained with solid preventative maintenance skills
• Experience using online maintenance systems
• Comfortable working with external service providers
• Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced setting
