Yourself at Pega:

In this role, you will work directly with Pega's strategic partners, with a primary focus on Accenture, to uncover, develop, and close new opportunities for Pega's Customer Decision Hub (CDH) and 1:1 Customer Engagement solutions. You'll act as the "Pega guide" for your partners, helping them build deep sales and technical competency in AI-driven next-best-action, real-time interaction management (RTIM), and omnichannel personalization, and accelerating sales cycles through expert co-selling.

This role demands a rare combination of decisioning domain expertise, partner acumen, and enterprise sales leadership.

What You'll Do at Pega:

As a, Partner Sales Manager for 1:1 Customer Engagement, you'll drive measurable business impact by embedding yourself at the intersection of Pega's CDH capabilities and Accenture SONG's digital marketing and CRM expertise:

  • Own and execute joint business plans with Accenture, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and go-to-market strategies aligned to 1:1 Customer Engagement priorities
  • Generate and qualify pipeline through partner origination sessions and co-selling activities, maintaining strong pipeline coverage to support quota delivery
  • Build and maintain strategic executive relationships within the Accenture partner organisation, serving as a trusted advisor and primary Pega point of contact
  • Be the "partner expert" supporting Pega account teams with co-selling guidance, managing escalations, and acting as the subject matter expert on Accenture's solutions and go-to-market strategies
Who You Are:

You're a commercially sharp sales professional who understands both the partner ecosystem and direct client selling, and you bring a genuine passion for AI-powered, 1:1 customer decisioning:

  • Deeply knowledgeable about Accenture, fluent in 1:1 personalisation strategies, real-time interaction management, and omnichannel customer engagement, with the ability to articulate Pega's CDH differentiators with confidence and clarity
  • A natural collaborator who is considered a trusted member of the sales team, seamlessly integrating into regional sales operations and culture
  • Metrics-driven and accountable for tangible business outcomes, including Total Partner Impact (TPI) ACV, Partner-Sourced ACV, and co-sell pipeline growth, with a proven track record in partner-led or co-selling environments
  • Skilled at engaging C-level executives on strategic AI and decisioning initiatives, translating technology into clear and compelling business value
What You've Accomplished:

You bring 8–10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a strong background in digital marketing, CRM, or decisioning solutions. You've built productive, revenue-generating relationships with major System Integrators, ideally including Accenture or Accenture SONG. You understand how to align partner capabilities with client needs to create differentiated, winning solutions. Your experience includes deep co-selling with direct sales teams, and you've delivered measurable pipeline generation and revenue growth through partner engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 8–10+ years in enterprise technology sales, with a focus on digital marketing, CRM, or AI decisioning solutions, with a Bachelor's degree in business or technology; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • Proven track record in channel sales, alliance-based revenue, or co-selling with major Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). Experience with Accenture is highly desirable
