Senior Business Analyst
, you will be a key contributor to our continued growth and innovation. Acting as a leader within an agile scrum development team, you will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders—including customers and technical teams—to translate complex business needs into tangible technical solutions. You will be responsible for balancing technical challenges against requirements to ensure we deliver real, measurable value.
- Lead Strategy: Drive discovery, storyboarding, prototyping, and business analysis activities within a high-performing technology team.

Partner with senior stakeholders to implement and maintain agile best practices. - Technical Documentation: Gather and manage project analysis metrics and data, including user stories, interface specifications, data mapping, UI specifications, and reporting requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Review and contribute to QA test strategies and test plans; partner with development and QA teams on solution assessment and validation.
- Voice of the Customer: Act as the primary liaison to accurately represent the needs of internal and external clients.
- Global Engagement: Participate in occasional travel to our UK and international offices as required.

. You should be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: 3+ years as a technical business analyst working on enterprise software applications, preferably in SaaS development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Agile Expertise: Strong, demonstrable understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of SQL and database management.
- Conflict Resolution: Skilled at negotiating consensus among departments or teams with conflicting or inconsistent requirements.
- Soft Skills: Proven analytical abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Technical Familiarity: Working knowledge of HTML, XML, SOAP APIs, and UX design principles.
- Experience with connected devices or IoT solutions.
- Knowledge of relational databases, XML, or specific programming languages.
- Experience using Atlassian tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
