A growing engineering organization in Northern Ireland seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead all HR operations and establish the department from scratch. You will have autonomy in recruitment, compliance, payroll, and employee relations while receiving guidance from the Director. Enjoy a hybrid working model, with initial 3-4 day weeks transitioning to full-time. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience, knowledge of UK and Irish Employment Legislation, and a CIPD Qualification or HR Degree.
