Corporate Tax Senior Manager – Advisory York Hybrid & Flexible Working Competitive, based on experience A leading accountancy and tax advisory practice is seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager (Advisory) to join its growing tax team in York . This is a senior, client-facing role with a strong advisory focus , offering exposure to complex UK and international corporate tax projects and the opportunity to work closely with Partners on strategic planning and business development.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced CTA-qualified corporate tax professional looking to take a leadership role within a progressive and expanding firm.

The Role As Corporate Tax Senior Manager , you will:
Lead and deliver a wide range of corporate tax advisory projects , including restructures, acquisitions, disposals, and group planning Provide technical corporate tax advice , supported by legislation, HMRC guidance, and case law Act as a trusted adviser to a varied portfolio of corporate and OMB clients Manage the commercial aspects of advisory work, ensuring profitability and value delivery Review complex corporation tax computations and returns where required Identify and develop tax planning opportunities for clients Work closely with Partners and Directors on strategic advisory engagements Support business development activities , including proposals, pitching, and networking Mentor and develop Managers and junior members of the Corporate Tax team Liaise with HMRC on technical and advisory matters Ensure high technical standards, risk management, and quality across all assignments Candidate Profile CTA qualified (essential) Significant post-qualified experience in UK corporate tax advisory Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation Proven experience leading complex advisory projects What’s on Offer Hybrid working and flexible hours High-value, advisory-led corporate tax work Clear progression to Director level Opportunity to help shape and grow the corporate tax advisory offering Location York, North Yorkshire Easily commutable from Leeds, Harrogate, Selby and surrounding areas Next Steps For a confidential discussion or to apply, please get in touch Jack Wood on or
