This is a key leadership role with responsibility for all aspects of engineering strategy, facilities, capital investment, and technical compliance across a complex pharmaceutical manufacturing site.

As the Head of Engineering, you will:

• Lead and develop the engineering team to deliver a high-performing, proactive, and compliant engineering function.
• Manage all aspects of site engineering, including building services, utilities, plant maintenance, and equipment reliability.
• Drive the planning and delivery of capital investment projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, HSE, and other regulatory requirements across all engineering activities.
• Manage engineering budgets, contracts, and relationships with external contractors and suppliers.

You will have:

• A degree-level qualification or equivalent or relevant experience in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Experience in managing large scale projects.
• Significant leadership experience in an engineering role within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale capital projects, technical compliance, and multi-disciplinary teams.
