Job Opportunity: Full-Time Dental Receptionist. Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist or Patient Coordinator looking for a full-time role within a thriving dental practice? O'Farrell Staunton is seeking a Full-Time Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team. O'Farrell Staunton opening hours are between 7am and 7pm, with working hours to be discussed  is dependent on experience, and this role may also suit a qualified dental nurse wishing to transition into a receptionist or treatment coordinator role.

, offering a supportive working environment with direct assistance from our practice manager and a dedicated team of qualified dental nurses.

As a Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, helping manage appointments, enquiries, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the reception area.

• Provide outstanding telephone and front-desk service
• Schedule private treatment appointments and follow treatment plans
• Discuss and present finance options professionally
• Work alongside clinicians to coordinate patient care
• Support digital marketing efforts and promote practice treatments
• Deliver efficient reception services to support clinical workflows

• Dental background essential (reception, nursing, or dental practice experience)
• Previous dental reception experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Comfortable working under pressure and across flexible hours
• Suitable for dental nurses looking to move into reception or TCO roles
