Necto Selection have partnered with an established and reputable fit-out contractor, operating across high-end commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors throughout the UK and Ireland, to hire a Senior Estimator to join their growing team.

Known for delivering bespoke interior projects to an exceptional standard, you will be working with a strong pipeline of negotiated and tendered work across the UK. As Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful procurement and costing of fit-out and refurbishment projects.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded Estimator with experience in the fit-out space to take ownership of pre-construction processes and work closely with a highly experienced senior management team.

• Lead the pricing of tenders from concept to submission
• Interpret drawings and specifications to create accurate cost estimates
• Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors for competitive pricing
• Support pre-construction team with value engineering and risk analysis
  
  Prepare commercial reports and bid summaries
