Administrative & Operations Coordinator – Travel Company

We are looking for an organised, proactive Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is central to the smooth running of our travel operations, providing administrative support, coordinating with suppliers and clients, and assisting with financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities Administrative & Operations Support
  • General administrative tasks to support the operations team.
  • Systems administration and maintenance of our travel booking system.
  • Liaising with internal logistics teams to ensure smooth trip planning and execution.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm availability, make bookings, and resolve issues.
  • Send and chase invoices and payments.
  • Assist with simple financial processes, including invoicing and purchase tracking.
Research & Planning
  • Research itineraries, travel routes, sites, accommodation, and catering options.
  • Source and purchase required items or services for trips.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of suppliers, travel options, and pricing.
Requirements
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable liaising with clients and suppliers.
  • Experience with booking or travel systems is a plus.
  • Basic financial literacy and comfort handling invoicing and payments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving skills.
