Position: Corporate Administrator, Employee Incentives

Our client is seeking a dedicated Corporate Administrator to join their Employee Incentives team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with one to two years of experience, preferably in employee incentives or corporate environments. The team plays a crucial role in developing and managing bespoke remuneration solutions that aid corporate clients in motivating and retaining key employees while attracting new talent.

The successful candidate will provide day‑to‑day administrative support, ensuring smooth operations for client entities. They will need to be proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within the team. This position offers the potential for personal and professional growth, along with opportunities to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Job Duties
  • Liaising with clients and intermediaries
  • Preparing online payments, bank instructions, and managing share transactions
  • Answering calls, drafting emails, and maintaining various share platforms and spreadsheets
  • Preparing documentation for the establishment or termination of Trusts
  • Drafting minutes of trustee meetings and documenting trustee decisions
Job Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and make day‑to‑day decisions
  • Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in prioritising tasks and assisting less experienced staff
